Our Rochester Hills studio is a fast-paced, client-focused environment where creating a welcoming experience is just as important as delivering great skincare. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Studio Coordinator to help oversee the day-to-day front-of-house operations of the studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and taking ownership of their work. Position Overview The Studio Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the studio runs smoothly during their shift. This includes creating an exceptional client experience, supporting membership growth, managing daily operations, and helping resolve client concerns professionally. This is more than a traditional receptionist role. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and become a trusted part of our studio team. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk Operations Welcome clients and create a positive first impression Manage client check-in and check-out processes Answer phones, texts, emails, and client inquiries Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Process payments and manage client accounts Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Membership & Business Growth Educate clients about membership options and promotions Recommend memberships when appropriate Follow up on declined memberships and account issues Encourage rebooking and client retention Support studio events and marketing initiatives Studio Operations Open and close the studio according to established procedures Complete daily operational checklists Coordinate communication between front desk staff and estheticians Monitor retail inventory and notify management when supplies are running low Assist with laundry, cleanliness, and overall studio presentation Identify and proactively solve issues before they become larger problems Client Relations Handle client questions and concerns with professionalism Resolve routine client issues independently Escalate complex situations when necessary Help ensure every client leaves feeling valued and cared for What Success Looks Like Clients feel welcomed and taken care of from start to finish The studio operates smoothly and efficiently Membership conversations feel natural and helpful Daily tasks and operational responsibilities are completed consistently Client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally The studio can operate successfully without constant owner involvement Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, front desk, office administration, hospitality, wellness, salon, spa, fitness studio, dental office, or medical office experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing memberships and promotions Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented Comfortable using scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and basic computer applications Schedule Requirements The ideal candidate can reliably work a combination of the following shifts:

PM Wednesday:
11:00 AM•6:00
PM Friday:
10:00 AM•6:00
PM Saturday:
10:00 AM•4:30
PM Sunday:
