A preferred candidate will have demonstrated communication skills and effectively interact with others in a faith-filled and customer-oriented manner. Proficiency in FACTS tuition management module a plus. Specific Functions & Responsibilities Billing and collection of tuition and fees and application of payments, scholarships, and discounts on student tuition accounts Assisting families with inquiries concerning tuition account transactions Tracking of delinquent accounts and follow up with families as directed Communicating with school and parish leadership concerning delinquent accounts Assisting with projection of receivables and budget planning. Qualifications Must have or obtain a Protecting God's Children Certificate from the Archdiocese of Detroit. Must be fingerprinted and pass a criminal background check before employment. Demonstrates a faith-filled and customer-oriented approach to support parent tuition and fees inquiries and coordination of payment plans. Strong communication skills Proven experience and skills in a customer service environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while in a school environment Proficiency in FACTS tuition management module a plus. Demonstrates skills in Microsoft Excel. Ability to identify opportunities to assist the parish in use of data and projections. Position Details Full Time position Position reports to Business Manager
