Client Experience Ambassador/Loan Processsor

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to work alongside our highly rated Operations Team as a Client Experience Ambassador. Hall Financial is searching for a 5-STAR, incredibly driven and high energy individual that embodies our C.O.D.E. (Camaraderie, Optimism, Drive, and Evolution). As a Hall Financial Client Experience Ambassador, not only will you ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our Home Loan Advisors (Loan Officers) for submission and approval from our wholesale lender investors, but you will also provide the highest level of client service to our clients that will allow you to not only make a positive impact on Hall Financial but the overall mortgage industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Providing a 5-STAR, white glove experience to all those you work with internally and externally. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive matters while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality. Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Gather information and move each file from passing Operations to Clear to Close (CTC) Request specified information from client and follow up on missing items. Responsible for ensuring all loan documentation is complete and accurate. Must analyze and verify documents for submission while complying with the investor and Hall Financials' policy. Act as a liaison between borrower, underwriter, Home Loan Advisor, investor, and real estate agents. Assure all client files are complete and in compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies. Clearly communicate with Home Loan Advisors and leadership on the status of the client's files. Must possess an in-depth knowledge of all loan programs the organization offers to its consumers. Always be an ambassador for the company. Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of loan processing experience preferred. Experience in mortgage lending and knowledge of loan types, such as FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans required. 5-STAR customer service skills in person and on the phone. Handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Excellent records and file management skills Knowledge and experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
