About the Role As a Service Coordinator , you will manage the full lifecycle of service requests—from initial review through resolution. You'll verify job details, coordinate scheduling, support field teams, and keep customers informed every step of the way. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple active service files while maintaining accuracy and urgency. Key Responsibilities Review service requests and determine next steps based on job details and documentation Verify and maintain accurate job information, records, and supporting files Coordinate and schedule service visits, inspections, and follow-ups Communicate with customers throughout the service process Monitor service progress and day-of-service activity through completion Resolve service issues with installers, vendors, and internal teams Manage follow-ups such as additional visits, materials, and inspections What We're Looking For Strong customer service or customer-facing experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling customer concerns and resolving issues Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support preferred Experience in home improvement, flooring, or service industries is a plus What We Offer Hourly pay range: $20-$23 PTO including paid holidays 401(K) plan Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Career Advancement Opportunities
