Pay Range:

$14.20 - $19.52/hr Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work-life balance. Weekend/holiday shifts are limited, and we offer competitive pay, flexible hours, a variety of benefit options and an employee discount.

About You:

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize Excellent decision-making skills Strong attention to details Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service Ability to interact with a diverse population in a human services setting High level of initiative and self-motivation Perseverance and commitment to getting the job done A typical full-time schedule is 35-40 hours per week and requires: Open schedule availability including a combination of days, nights, and weekends, totaling at least 35 hours per week; and Willingness and ability to be cross-trained, and to train in new employees.

Prior Experience & Education:

0-3 years of relevant experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred
