Position Overview - Service Planner Are you someone who thrives on organization, coordination, and making things run like clockwork? As a Service Planner , you'll be at the center of our service operations—ensuring every repair, schedule, and communication flows seamlessly from start to finish. In this role, you'll work closely with Service Technicians, Coordinators, Processing Specialists, and the Shop Supervisor to keep projects moving efficiently while exceeding customer expectations. What You Bring We're looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact: High school diploma required; trade degree a plus 2-3 years of industrial equipment experience (preferred) Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and customer interaction abilities Experience in customer service or project management (a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outstanding organization and time management skills A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership Team-first attitude with unwavering integrity Attention to detail that never wavers What You'll Do You'll play a key role in driving service success by: Managing RGA (Return Goods Authorization) processes Coordinating pump intake and service workflows Scheduling sandblasting, disassembly, cleaning, and inspection Creating and managing service records (SRVQ, CRM cases, and documentation) Maintaining clear job tracking through the Service Planner Coordinating parts procurement with the warehouse Scheduling assembly with the Shop Supervisor Overseeing painting, final prep, and logistics for completed repairs In short—you'll be the engine that keeps our service operations running smoothly and efficiently.
