Eagan, MN (Onsite)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Pay:

$20-24 per hour Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Move Coordinator to support sales and operations by coordinating office and industrial relocations from start to finish. This role ensures accurate documentation, clear communication, and a smooth experience for customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate initial orders and workflows for commercial moves Prepare proposals, move documentation, and Certificates of Insurance Submit credit requests and distribute paperwork to internal teams and agents Communicate updates, changes, and special circumstances to customers Track equipment usage and verify returns Audit post-move paperwork and support billing accuracy Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience (moving, transportation, or logistics industry experience preferred) Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and collaborative Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment If you enjoy coordination, problem-solving, and being central to successful relocations, this is a great opportunity to apply.
