Job Description

Every leader at RAM Strategies started by learning the fundamentals: how to build relationships, communicate with customers, solve problems, and consistently deliver results. That's exactly what this role is designed to do. As an Entry Level Manager, you'll begin by representing AT&T, learning the business from the ground up while developing the skills needed to lead a team in the future. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and performance-based promotions, you'll have the opportunity to grow into leadership as you gain experience in the Entry Level Manager role and prove yourself. If you're looking for a place where your growth is based on what you accomplish, not how long you've been around, you'll fit right in. What You'll Actually Be Doing as an Entry Level Manager Represent AT&T in person by helping customers compare wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. Build confidence through real customer interactions, learning how to communicate effectively, overcome challenges, and create a great experience from start to finish. Take ownership of your individual performance while learning how successful teams are coached, developed, and motivated. Work alongside experienced leaders who will mentor you on leadership, recruiting, goal setting, and day-to-day team operations. Participate in ongoing training designed to prepare Entry Level Managers for greater responsibilities as you progress into leadership. Contribute to an Entry Level Manager team culture that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Who Does Well Here? The people who succeed here aren't always the ones with the strongest resumes. They're the ones who show up ready to learn, work hard, and improve every day. You enjoy meeting new people and building genuine relationships. You stay positive and keep moving forward, even after hearing "no." You're competitive and motivated by setting and reaching goals. You take coaching well and apply what you learn. You like working with a team and contributing to shared success. You want more than just a job; you want a clear path into leadership. Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, athletics, or other people-focused roles is helpful, but never required.
