In this role, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the firm, ensuring exceptional customer service while managing client accounts with precision. Responsibilities Manage and maintain client accounts using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, including Salesforce and other order processing tools Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering tailored solutions Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless internal communication and efficient account management processes Support sales efforts by assisting with client onboarding, follow-up communications, and cross-functional collaboration Utilize data-driven decision making to analyze client needs, identify opportunities for growth, and improve service delivery Assist with order processing, documentation, and compliance activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness Maintain detailed records of client interactions, updates, and account activities to support ongoing relationship management Experience Proven experience in client services or account management within a financial services Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud or similar platforms for managing customer data and interactions Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills for effective internal collaboration and client engagement Familiarity with sales processes, order processing tools, and customer relationship management best practices Ability to analyze data to inform decision making and enhance customer experiences Prior experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions Join us in delivering outstanding service while leveraging your expertise in account management, CRM systems, and customer relationship building.
