Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Client Experience Coordinator to support the onboarding of new residential, commercial, and HOA properties while providing front desk and client experience support. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth transitions for owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams through accurate setup, clear communication, and strong organizational support. If you enjoy coordinating details, working with people, and being the person others rely on to keep things moving, this role offers variety, responsibility, and growth opportunities. What You'll Do Provide front desk and customer service support including phones, payments, mail, service requests, and document updates Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding of new properties using established checklists and timelines Serve as the primary onboarding contact for owners, tenants, and vendors Set up property, owner, unit, tenant, and vendor records in AppFolio Obtain financial statements and collaborate with Finance to ensure all documents have been collected Manage scheduling of property walkthroughs, track key and access item logistics, and coordinate vendor access Support tenant/homeowner setup, portals, rent/dues collection, insurance, and rental licensing Assist with marketing assets, listings, and leasing coordination Why You'll Love This Role Variety in your day: You'll work across onboarding, customer service, admin, and operations—no two days are the same.
