Customer Experience Intern St. Cloud, MN Supporting customers at the intersection of science, quality, and service At Microbiologics, delivering an exceptional customer experience is essential to our mission of protecting the health and safety of people around the world. We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Intern to join our team in St. Cloud, MN. This undergraduate internship provides hands-on experience supporting customer communications, order processing, and documentation within a regulated life sciences environment. The role offers valuable exposure to how Customer Experience contributes to business growth and operational excellence Why This Internship Matters This internship plays an important role in supporting day-to-day Customer Experience operations while helping students build professional communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Experience Intern, you will: Gain hands-on experience supporting customer communications and order processing Learn how customer inquiries, documentation, and complaints are managed in a regulated organization Develop professional skills in communication, organization, and attention to detail Support activities that help ensure product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction Your work will directly support customers and contribute to Microbiologics' commitment to quality and service excellence What You'll Do Customer Communication & Support Assist in responding to customer inquiries and basic product questions via phone and email under supervision Support the sharing of product information using approved product inserts, internal documents, and knowledge resources Demonstrate a professional, customer-focused attitude in all interactions Order Processing & Documentation Support order processing activities, including order entry, product availability checks, and basic billing or invoicing inquiries Help collate, track, and organize documentation to support case investigations and reports Assist with administrative and documentation support related to product quarantine, halt disposition, and recall activities Compliance & Quality Support Assist in documenting, routing, and resolving customer complaints Support compliance-related tasks such as user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates Perform all duties in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Training & Professional Development Participate in training, shadowing, and knowledge-sharing activities Build technical, professional, and problem-solving skills in a regulated office environment Additional Responsibilities Support other Customer Experience or departmental tasks as assigned Maintain a clean and organized work environment Observe all company policies, rules, and safety practices Who Thrives Here This internship is a strong fit for someone who: Has an interest in customer experience, business operations, or life sciences Communicates clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with documentation and data Can manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Enjoys supporting customers and contributing to a positive team culture Education & Experience Must be a current student at an accredited college or university Major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in research and basic knowledge of statistics preferred In good academic standing (minimum 2.50 GPA) Why Microbiologics Microbiologics is one of the fastest-growing international biotechnology companies in the nation and a global leader in biological products and services.
