is seeking a proactive and highly organized Client Experience Coordinator to support our wealth management team and help deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every client we serve. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for client service and support requests Coordinate and schedule client meetings; manage team calendars Prepare, process and track client account forms and investment-related paperwork with a high level of accuracy Assist with account servicing, transfers and maintenance requests Maintain and update client records and documentation Assist with client reporting and meeting preparation Support advisors in delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience within a regulated financial environment Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and organization What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Experience in financial services or wealth management strongly preferred; banking or professional office experience also considered Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize, multitask and follow through Professional demeanor with sound judgment and discretion Positive, team-oriented attitude Standout Candidates May Also Have Experience supporting financial advisors or working with client investment accounts Familiarity with CRM systems or custodial/platform tools Securities licensing (e.g., Series 7) or willingness to obtain Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Retirement plan with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) + Volunteer PTO Flexible scheduling Charitable giving match program Access to group insurance (Dental, Vision, Life, Disability)Schedule Monday-Thursday:
