ACCOUNT COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
An Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service to our customers and contributing to a cohesive office environment.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling incoming calls and other communications. Greeting and assisting walk-in customers in a timely manner. Processing payments, both paper, electronic and by phone, in an accurate and timely manner. Record information of customer interactions in the system. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents in the system and files. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into the billing database. This includes setting up new customers, final customers, letters sent to customers, updating banking information, and any information pertinent to a specific customer. Tending office equipment as needed. Daily balancing of the system and cash drawer. Ability to process remote bank deposits. Ability to open/close building for the day. Processing Hydrant Permits and ensuring current backflow test for the company.
MINOR DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES
Respond to title company requests for balances of properties on the market. Knowledgeable on backflow software for questions. Knowledgeable on district boundaries and the neighboring districts.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work with Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Skill with 10-key calculator. Computer knowledge. Customer service oriented. High school diploma.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
