Caldwell Outdoor Equipment is seeking a Service Manager who wants to build, lead, and grow a service department that takes pride in quality work, strong customer relationships, and measurable performance. This is a leadership position with significant influence over department success, team development, customer satisfaction, and profitability. About Caldwell Outdoor Equipment We are a family-owned outdoor power equipment dealership serving the St. Louis region. We sell, service, and support industry-leading equipment for homeowners, commercial contractors, municipalities, and property owners. Our Service Department is one of the most important parts of our business. We believe customers should receive excellent communication, quality repairs, and an experience that earns their trust for years to come. What You'll Own As Service Manager, you will have responsibility for: Service department profitability Technician productivity and efficiency Team leadership, coaching, and accountability Workflow management and shop capacity planning Customer satisfaction and communication Service sales growth Warranty administration oversight Quality control and comeback reduction Technician development and apprenticeship programs Hiring, onboarding, coaching, and employee development You will have a direct impact on departmental performance and play a key role in the continued growth of the dealership.
