The ideal entry-level candidate has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and is a self-starter! As an Account Manager, you will get personalized training in various areas of business, including (but not limited to): leadership development organizational skills customer-facing relations; sales sales/customer service and customer acquisition

Your Initial Responsibilities:

engage directly with customers to discuss and support their needs in a service-based industry utilize the best technology the industry can offer for better sales presentations and customer service work directly with the management team on individual training and development

Account Manager Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is preferred Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter 0-3 years of previous experience in sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred Team-oriented with leadership qualities

Additional Information and Benefits :

Weekly pay for the position varies throughout training but is discussed thoroughly in the hiring process along with traditional and non-traditional benefits. We offer a competitive pay structure, ample bonuses/incentives, and a massive amount of support from upper management.
