Full Job Description Compensation:
$17.25 per hour
Schedule:
Overnights Monday - Thursday 6:30PM - 5:00 AM
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of this job is to operate the Opex Perfect Pick guiding fulfillment, replenishment, process improvement, and training to provide high volume, accurate, and cost effective fulfillment services to Guitar Center customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Operates the Opex Perfect Pick utilizing a touch screen computer to ensure fulfillment of orders for customers and replenishment of stock items. Works in Other Shipping & Receiving Departments Ensure compliance to safety operational guidelines, including individual work area and department. Trains other associates on the Opex Perfect Pick as directed. Performs department operational tasks relating to the Opex Perfect Pick as assigned by the Supervisor. Additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & SPECIAL ATTRIBUTES
High School Diploma or GED required. 1 year of relevant work experience Analytical Skill s: Able to evaluate information, products, or other items to identify problems and discrepancies. Able to evaluate and resolve problems and issues.

Able to develop cooperation and teamwork while participating in a group, working toward solutions which generally benefit all involved parties. Able to build relationships with others by offering help and providing suggestions for improvement.
Customer Focus :
Understands customer service principles and the importance of providing an excellent customer experience. Keeps customers in mind when designing or executing processes or procedures.

Able to identify opportunities & issues and assess, prioritize and follow through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them. Able to take positive action without being requested to do so. Focuses on ongoing learning and development.
