Why ReDiscover? 700+ dedicated professionals Over five decades of community impact A culture grounded in compassion, collaboration, and growth About the Client Engagement Program The Client Engagement program creates the first impression of care at ReDiscover, welcoming clients with professionalism and compassion. By completing intakes, coordinating appointments, and guiding individuals to the right programs, the team helps ensure a smooth and supportive start to services. What You'll Do Greet and serve clients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner to promote a positive treatment experience. Interview prospective clients and/or guardians in person as well as over the phone to complete documents, including client histories, insurance forms, and intake forms. Assist with referring clients to the appropriate programs based on the individual's needs. Be flexible to support multiple locations, which may require some local travel to provide support. Complete regular administrative duties, including but not limited to: telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, monitoring wait lists, and referral(s) as appropriate for the client. Collect and maintain information about clients and document interactions within ReDiscover's designated electronic medical record. Communicate and collaborate with an internal multi-disciplinary team to address various aspects of wellness and ensure positive communication regarding the coordination of client care. Requirements of the Position High School Diploma or GED required. One (1) year of progressive business and/or administrative training is preferred. One (1) year of direct service to the target population or other related human service experience is preferred. One (1) year of triaging high-volume calls is highly preferred. Ability to commute locally to support multiple locations is required. Valid driver's license, and reliable transportation is required. Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders. Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as use of email.
