Job Overview MyWorkChoice is seeking an experienced, hands-on supervisor to lead our associates at our client facility. This active, floor-based role focuses on daily supervision, associate performance, and reinforcing client safety, quality, and productivity expectations. You will maintain a visible presence with associates and client supervisors, reinforce the client's documented procedures, and help address day-to-day workforce issues within the agreed scope of the assignment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day supervision of MyWorkChoice associates on the production floor, following documented client procedures and the supervision responsibilities defined in the client-approved statement of work. Maintain a visible presence throughout the shift, checking in regularly with associates and client supervisors and addressing attendance, performance, and engagement concerns. Reinforce client-provided safety procedures, protective equipment requirements, and work expectations. Report hazards and incidents through established channels. Coach associates on expectations within the agreed scope of the role; document and escalate concerns when needed. Help ensure associates receive required client-provided onboarding and training information. Coordinate with client leadership on any site-specific training needs. Communicate staffing gaps, associate concerns, and operational updates to client leadership and MyWorkChoice support teams. Identify and report timekeeping discrepancies to authorized internal staff for review and resolution. Work alongside associates when needed, only on tasks for which you have received the required training and authorization. Qualifications Experience supervising or leading teams in manufacturing, distribution, production, or a similar environment. Ability to set expectations, coach associates, and address concerns professionally. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with associates, client supervisors, and internal teams. Sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn and follow client procedures and use workforce management systems. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are helpful. Work Environment This is a floor-based position at a client facility. Site-specific physical requirements, working conditions, safety procedures, and required protective equipment will be provided during interviews.
