This teammate will ensure that we are communicating timely, effectively, and with intentionality to internal and external stakeholders.

PM CST Day To Day Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily order management, which includes: Communication via phone, email, and various systems Executing on Standard Operating Procedures Troubleshooting issues and errors Detailed Exceptions tracking•When something goes wrong we document and communicate the issue Maintaining a high level of positive Client Service•We are kind, but firm with service expectations
