Job Description
The Zone offers a fast paced, energetic, family oriented work environment that focuses on serving our guests. We have been in business for over 22 years and are hiring full time and part time positions. The ideal candidate will organize and manage the daily operations of the business during their shift. You will be responsible for maintaining standards for acceptable methods of operation; open and closing facility; conducting inspections of attractions and building; reporting any areas in need of improvement or repair.
Job Duties:
Hands-on leader; manage day-to-day operations; ensuring quality standards are met while meeting all expectations of our guests. Ensure all personnel perform their job safely, efficiently and adhere to all policies & procedures. Handle guest complaints, settle disputes, and resolve conflicts. Set a positive example for guest relations. Display outstanding customer service skills. Responsible for daily cash handling and reconciliations.Job Requirements:
Prefer supervisory and sales experience. Must have customer service, retail, restaurants, and/or hospitality experience. Great customer service and conflict resolution experience. Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays. This Job Is Ideal forSomeone Who Is:
