Roofing Service Manager

Midwest Roofing is looking for an experienced Roofing Repair Technician ready to step into a Service Manager role. To get there, we're building a strong, dependable service team that takes pride in doing things the right way. What You'll Do Lead, train, and mentor repair technicians Help with scheduling of repairs and repair technicians Schedule and lead weekly meetings with technicians Assist with warranty calls and warranty determinations Conduct quarterly reviews on employee performance Diagnose and repair roof leaks and damage efficiently Read and execute work orders and scopes of work Complete job documentation, photos, and reports Install and repair shingles, flashing, and underlayment Work on various roofing systems (shingle, metal, flat, etc.) Maintain a professional attitude and deliver excellent customer service Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards 40+ Hours a Week Plus on Call on Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
