Service Specialist

Summary:

Full-Time Monday-Friday, available some Saturdays Essential Job Functions Demonstrate Legacy Bank and Trust corporate values in every situation and interaction. Possess knowledge of all banking products, including other lines of business within the bank. Stay current on new products, pricing, and cross-sell opportunities within retail and other departments of the bank. Open/close depository accounts and facilitate maintenance on existing accounts. Review for accuracy and compliance. Uncover needs and deepen customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate bank products. Assist with internet banking and debit card requests. Perform basic and complex daily teller functions (cash handling, balancing of drawers, vaults, coin machine, etc.) Consistently provide exceptional customer service and appropriately manage customer complaints. Comply with bank policy, laws, and regulations. Complete all required training as well as ABA assigned courses. All other duties as assigned. Must be able to see well enough to see computer screen and read documents ( 75-100% of work time spent on activity ).

Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors, and employees ( 75-100% of work time spent on activity ).

Standing/Walking :

Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling :

Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up paper products or materials ( 25-49% of work time spent on activity ).

Must be able to write, type and use technical equipment ( 75-100% of work time spent on activity ).
