Job Summary Blues Hog manufacturers premium BBQ products and is headquartered in Washington, Missouri. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office/Retail Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage day-to-day office operations, and support retail activities with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your proactive approach will ensure a welcoming environment, smooth administrative processes, and exceptional customer service. Duties Greet visitors, customers, and vendors with a warm, professional attitude, creating a positive first impression. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage front office operations, including handling inquiries, receiving deliveries, and assisting walk-in customers. Assist with retail store operations by providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and answering product questions. Monitor retail inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain an attractive, organized store appearance. Ensure office supplies are stocked and office equipment is operating properly. Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed to help the team succeed. Requirements Professional, inviting and positive deamnor and attitude Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and effective client communication abilities Previous cash register, retail, or customer service experience preferred Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets enthusiasm!
