Our Core Values Growth Mindset Accountability Team First Positive Attitude Problem Solver Dependable The Role We're hiring a full-time Customer Service & Office Manager to help lead daily office operations while providing outstanding service to our clients. This role is often the first point of contact for clients and helps keep the agency running smoothly. What You'll Do Customer Service Answer policy questions and process changes/endorsements Help with billing questions and payments Support claims questions and follow-up Assist with policy reviews and proactive client communication Office Operations Coordinate daily workflow and priorities Help schedule appointments and support office organization Maintain documentation and support compliance processes Assist with onboarding/training new team members Help monitor and improve service standards Retention & Growth Spot cross-sell opportunities and support account rounding Support referrals and client appreciation efforts Help strengthen retention and loyalty
What We're Looking For Skills:
Customer service, communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, ability to learn quickly

Education:
High school diploma required (degree preferred)
Licensing:
Property & Casualty preferred (or within 60 days); Life preferred (or within 120 days) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary $20 - $25/hour + performance bonuses PTO, paid holidays, paid volunteer time (VTO) Professional development and growth opportunities
Schedule Monday-Thursday:
8:30 AM-5:00
PM Friday:
8:30 AM-4:00 PM Occasional community/agency events
Growth Path Senior Office Manager Customer Experience Leader Agency Leadership Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
