Responsibilities Lead and supervise dispensary staff, including hiring, training, and performance management to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, stock control, and accurate record-keeping to meet regulatory requirements and minimize waste Manage daily store operations such as cash handling, POS transactions, cashiering, and shift management to ensure smooth business flow Develop and implement sales strategies, merchandising plans, and marketing initiatives to boost retail sales and customer engagement Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies related to dispensary operations and product handling Conduct employee orientation sessions, ongoing training & development programs, and team meetings to promote a knowledgeable workforce Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain excellent phone etiquette to foster positive relationships Skills Strong management skills with experience in retail sales, team leadership, and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and handle difficult situations confidently Proficiency in inventory management systems (POS), bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and retail math Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Demonstrated experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and employee orientation processes Knowledge of store merchandising, pricing strategies, marketing techniques, and promotional activities Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks such as stock replenishment, cash handling, and administrative duties efficiently Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while maintaining focus on sales goals and operational excellence Join us at Green Tree Wellness where your leadership will empower a dedicated team committed to providing outstanding service in a thriving retail environment.
