Job Description

If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match. Position Description We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented DEX Product Representative, to support customer service and order processing operations. In this role, you will manage the complete order lifecycle—from order receipt through invoicing—while ensuring an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across teams, and has experience in parts sales, customer support, or the heavy-duty truck industry. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Support Serve as the primary customer contact for product inquiries, orders, pricing, and order status updates Support customers with VIN-specific parts lookup, product selection, related component identification, and promotional offerings Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely service and issue resolution Process customer orders accurately from entry through invoicing, including payment processing and shipping documentation Coordinate inventory, shipment tracking, export/customs documentation, and warehouse communications Maintain accurate customer records, operational metrics, and order documentation across multiple systems Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage transactions, reporting, and daily operations efficiently Provide cross-functional operational support and contribute to continuous improvement through customer follow-up and feedback tracking Qualifications & Skills Required Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or inside sales Experience within the heavy-duty truck, transportation, salvage, or parts industry Mechanical aptitude and understanding of industry-related equipment Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Working knowledge of Mack and Volvo operational systems preferred Core Competencies Customer Focus Functional & Technical Skills Effective Communication Action Oriented Teamwork & Collaboration Integrity & Trust Problem Solving Adaptability & Accountability At the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company's growth. For this position, the base pay is set at $53,700 - $66,400 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
