Night and Weekend Manager

Sofive Soccer Center/XL Sports World is the premier indoor sports facility in the area providing sports leagues for youth & adults, sport classes for kids ages 18m-6 years, year round multi- sport camps, and sports-related parties in a climate controlled, family friendly, safe environment. Sofive is currently seeking evening and weekend shift managers to assist with the overall supervision and management of the facility. Job Requirements Age 21 or older Experience in facility/sport management is preferred but not required. Clear background check. Availability for weeknight shifts 4:30pm - closing Consistent availability for weekend shifts. Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and guidance to evening/weekend staff. Uphold Sofive's high standard of customer service. Perform daily closing operational and administrative duties. Reinforce guest and operational focus through MBWA (Managing By Walking Around) Assist with training and developing staff. Work effectively with program directors to stay up to date on all programs. Complete all other functions and assignments as instructed by upper management. ‪‪‬‬

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
