This is a small, personal business — which means the person in this role matters enormously. You'll work closely with Masha, helping turn her priorities into organized, completed work: marketing, listing promotion, client-enrichment programs, social media and community events. Expect several projects running at once — preparing marketing for a new listing, coordinating a client event, scheduling social content, and communicating with vendors, often in the same week. Real estate experience isn't required. We're looking for curiosity, organization and care — someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of the work, from developing an idea to seeing it through to completion. Who Thrives Here Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines and details at once Knows what matters most and adjusts when priorities shift Takes initiative and grows more independent over time Creates polished, thoughtful marketing while meeting deadlines Detail-oriented and accurate Communicates professionally with clients, vendors and team members Open to feedback and continuous learning Looks for better ways to run recurring work Comfortable working closely with a small-business owner while owning their own responsibilities Treats relationships and how people are treated as core to the work What You'll Do Marketing, Social Media & Brand Maintain the content calendar; create and schedule Facebook/Instagram posts, stories and Reels; develop content about real estate, home and the local community; produce email campaigns, newsletters, postcards, invitations and flyers; keep Masha's voice and visual brand consistent. Listing Marketing Maintain listing timelines and checklists; coordinate photography, video, floor plans and printers; create brochures, flyers, postcards and social/email marketing; manage Just Listed, Open House, price-change, Under Contract and Sold promotion; proofread listing details before release; keep marketing assets organized. Client Enrichment & Relationship Marketing Run the annual client-enrichment calendar; coordinate gifts and pop-bys; build home/community resources; keep CRM client data accurate; support review, referral and follow-up campaigns. Client & Community Events Research event ideas, venues and vendors; build timelines and task lists; manage invitations, RSVPs and logistics; attend occasional evening/weekend events; handle post-event follow-up and CRM updates. Skills You Should Bring Strong organization, time management and written/verbal communication Sharp proofreading and attention to detail An eye for polished marketing and visual presentation Comfort creating social content and learning new systems Sound judgment on when to act independently vs. ask a question Genuine interest in growing within the role Helpful experience: Canva, Facebook/Instagram/Reels, Mailchimp or similar email platforms, Google Workspace, Dropbox, CRM/project-management tools, event planning, print marketing, photo/video, and AI-assisted productivity tools. Our core systems are Keller Williams Command and Brivity — no prior experience needed.

Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend events and time-sensitive marketing needs — planned in advance whenever possible. Compensation & Growth $42,000-$56,000 annually, based on demonstrated experience, skills and ability rather than years in the workforce. Any employer contribution toward individually selected benefits is included within this range; paid vacation/sick time and holidays are provided separately. New team members get structured training and clear expectations in their first several months, with growing independence, input on systems and professional growth as you learn the role.
