In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential and commercial plumbing projects, ensuring all work meets strict building codes and safety standards. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain high-quality service delivery, and uphold construction regulatory compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects, develop innovative solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Manage and supervise plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Oversee plumbing system installation, maintenance, repair, and remodeling in residential and commercial settings. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to guide project execution accurately. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory standards. Conduct site inspections to evaluate plumbing system performance, identify issues, and implement effective solutions. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver seamless project execution and exceptional customer service. Utilize construction estimating skills to prepare accurate cost assessments for plumbing projects. Oversee pipe threading, pipe fitting, welding, hand tool operation, power tool use, and heavy lifting activities safely on-site. Maintain detailed records of project progress, safety compliance reports, and maintenance logs for plumbing systems. Lead team training on new techniques, safety protocols, and code updates to ensure ongoing professional development. Experience Proven experience managing construction plumbing projects in residential or commercial environments with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Extensive knowledge of plumbing building codes, local regulations, and code analysis to ensure compliance across all projects. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings & schematics related to plumbing systems. Hands-on experience with construction estimating, project planning, and managing budgets effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems integration and domestic water systems maintenance. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools & carpentry skills. Familiarity with construction plans for remodeling or renovation projects; experience in heavy lifting and assembly tasks is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members alike. Valid commercial driving license preferred for site travel; experience in construction regulatory compliance is essential.
