Job Description
If Building Relationships Is Your Superpower, We Should Talk. We're not looking for a salesperson. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, understanding businesses, identifying opportunities to help, and becoming a trusted technology advisor. If you measure success by the strength of your client relationships rather than the number of deals you close, we'd love to meet you. Who We Are A fresh take on Managed IT (MSP), named Charlotte's Best IT Provider, helping businesses experience technology the way it should be: reliable, proactive, and backed by customer service people actually talk about. We're a high-energy, people-first team that's passionate about doing excellent work, serving our clients well, and building what we call the Dream Team. We believe great companies are built by great people, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Why This Role Matters For more than 25 years, Quo Vadis has earned the trust of business leaders by building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for someone special, not simply to help steward the relationships we've spent decades building, but to help create the next generation of them. You'll inherit a portfolio of established clients, welcome new clients brought on by our growing sales team, and play a key role as Quo Vadis expands through organic growth and future acquisitions. This isn't about maintaining the status quo. It's about becoming a trusted advisor to a growing portfolio of businesses and helping shape the future of a company that's just getting started. What You'll Do As our Strategic Account Manager, you'll become the primary relationship owner for your assigned portfolio of clients. You'll conduct quarterly Technology Business Reviews (TBRs), helping business owners understand where they are today, where they need to go, and how technology can help them get there. You'll identify opportunities before they become problems. You'll advocate for your clients internally. You'll challenge assumptions when necessary. You'll ensure commitments are followed through. You'll help clients make informed technology decisions that genuinely improve their businesses. Most importantly... You'll create Raving Fans . This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who... Loves building long-term business relationships. Is naturally curious and asks great questions. Has exceptional listening skills and high emotional intelligence. Can comfortably communicate with CEOs and executive leadership. Isn't afraid to respectfully challenge a client—or the President—when it's in the client's best interest. Thinks strategically rather than transactionally. Notices details others miss. Takes ownership without waiting to be asked. Finds satisfaction in helping businesses succeed. Wants to grow alongside a rapidly growing company. Experience We Value We're far more interested in finding the right person than checking every box. Experience in any of the following is a plus: Strategic Account Management Customer Success Client Relationship Management Business Consulting Technology Consulting IT Managed Services (MSP) Executive Relationship Management IT experience is helpful, but not required. We'll teach you our technology. We can't teach character, emotional intelligence, curiosity, and the ability to build trust. What the Role Pays We believe exceptional people deserve exceptional compensation. We're offering salary + quarterly bonus $120K+.
