Job Description

Overview WasteAway Site Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This full-time, hourly role is phone-focused and includes assisting customers, taking service orders, scheduling services, and supporting senior staff. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional manner Take and enter customer orders accurately into company systems Schedule services and coordinate appointments Communicate scheduling details with customers and team members Provide administrative support to senior staff members Maintain organized records, including data entry and filing Assist with emails, correspondence, and general office tasks Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience in customer service or administrative support preferred Strong phone and communication skills Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) Detail-oriented and dependable Schedule & Compensation Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) Hourly pay (based on experience) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement program Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Work Environment Office-based, team-oriented setting Frequent phone interaction and coordination with customers and staff
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
