Based on experience + performance incentives About Us New Town Graphics is a growing screen printing, embroidery, and branded apparel company serving schools, businesses, teams, churches, events, and organizations across North Carolina. We pride ourselves on fast communication, quality work, and creating a great customer experience from quote to delivery. We're looking for an Account Manager who is organized, confident, people-oriented, and driven to help customers while helping our business grow. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Manage customer accounts and guide orders from inquiry to delivery Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person Prepare quotes and help customers choose apparel and decoration options Follow up on leads, estimates, and past customers Coordinate with production, purchasing, and design teams to keep orders moving Help solve problems quickly and professionally Identify upsell opportunities and help grow existing accounts Keep customer information and order details organized in our management system What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive Comfortable handling multiple projects at once Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Sales or customer service experience preferred Experience with email, spreadsheets, and basic computer systems Ideal Candidate Traits Confident without being pushy Naturally relationship-oriented Competitive and goal-driven Strong sense of urgency and follow-through Takes ownership and solves problems independently Wants to grow with a company long-term Why Join New Town Graphics?
