We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to ensure our clients receive exceptional care by matching them with the right Care Professionals.
Location:
Dickinson, ND Position Summary The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, managing client service needs, and maintaining clear communication with clients, families, and Care Professionals. This role is fast-paced and ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, multitasking, and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered. Match Care Professionals with clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility. Respond promptly to schedule changes, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Care Professionals regarding scheduling updates. Monitor schedule accuracy and maintain detailed documentation. Work collaboratively with the office team to provide exceptional customer service. Support caregiver retention through proactive communication and relationship-building. Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficient with computers and scheduling software; Microsoft Office experience preferred. Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, healthcare, or a related field is a plus. A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a heart for serving seniors.
