Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Process customer sales orders and returns
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and basic product questions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer services
• Keep in close communication with sales representatives regarding customer activities
• Handle inquiries about outbound shipments, returns, and other freight related issues
• Review invoices and pick slips to ensure customer's orders are accurate
• Scan daily outbound shipment and related documents

Skills & Abilities:

• Have a good understanding of product knowledge
• Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and work independently in an office environment
• Ability to come to work regularly and on time and to follow directions
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
• Must have good computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
