We continue to invest in our people, technology, and equipment, creating opportunities for employees to grow with the company. This position serves as the primary contact for assigned customers and manages projects from estimate through production, mailing, shipping, and billing. The role also includes graphic design, print-file preparation, and customer inventory management. Key Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and provide responsive, professional service throughout each project.
- Coordinate customer materials, data, artwork, proofs, schedules, pickups, mailing, and shipping.
- Review pricing and job specifications; create estimates, orders, work orders, and purchase orders in OMS (Order Management System); request postage funding; and coordinate schedules with the Production Manager.
- Review, edit, or create customer artwork and prepare print-ready files with the correct sizing, resolution, color settings, bleeds, crop marks, and layout.
- Obtain proof approvals, monitor jobs through completion, perform quality checks, and resolve production or customer issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for customer materials and finished products, including receiving, storage, replenishment, return, or authorized destruction.
- Prepare draft invoices, review job costs, and resolve discrepancies with Sales, Production, or Accounting.
- Protect customer information, follow HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II requirements, and support process improvements and Standard Operating Procedures. Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent related work experience.
- Previous account management or customer service experience; print and mail experience is helpful but not required.
- Graphic design and print-production experience, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with OMS (Order Management System) or similar software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and remain professional in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
