Job Description

The Nagler Group is partnering with a local fleet leasing company to find a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Administrator to support their fleet leasing department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a stable, fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for fleet leasing clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Process and track fleet-related documentation including registrations, titles, and lease agreements Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of client requests Maintain and update client records and databases with a high degree of accuracy Assist with billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation as needed Support the fleet leasing team with administrative tasks and special projects
Qualifications:
1-3 years of customer service, administrative, or fleet/leasing experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in fleet, automotive, or leasing industries a plus
Compensation:
