Job description Become a Customer Service Supervisor at Granite State Indoor Range and Gun Shop. New England's Friendliest Indoor Range, Firearms Store, and Training Center. Located in Hudson, NH.
Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor who demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer needs and company objectives. This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. This team role reports to the Membership Manager.
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Supervisor will lead and manage and hold accountable a team of customer service associates to deliver excellent service to customers, ensuring a seamless resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring the flow of customers and employees on the floor, assisting in implementing strategies to improve overall service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions Team Leadership:
Supervise, coach, and train the customer service team. Maintains a clean, neat and organized work environment and department.
Customer Interaction:
Supports a strong commitment to the highest standard of customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. Address escalated customer issues and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Policy Development:
Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures. Follows and implements all company policies and procedures.
Performance Monitoring:
Track customer service metrics, analyze data, and report on team performance.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for service improvement and assist in implementing necessary changes.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Training & Development:
Provide ongoing training and support to current and new team members.
