In this leadership role, you'll oversee store operations during evening hours, support department teams, and ensure a smooth, customer‑focused shopping experience in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. As the Night Relief Manager, you ensure a smooth handoff between evening operations and the overnight team, supporting store readiness and closing procedures.

Main responsibilities:

Lead and oversee store operations during evening hours Serve as the manager‑on‑duty in the absence of the Store Director or Assistant Store Director Support, guide, and coach department managers and associates Ensure excellent customer service—friendly, responsive, and solution‑focused Maintain store merchandising, organization, and safety standards Manage labor, shrink, and inventory expectations Resolve customer issues, staffing needs, and operational challenges quickly and professionally Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and food‑safety procedures We are looking for candidates who possess the following: Soft skills: Strong customer‑service focus with a visible team presence Effective communication, coaching, and team‑building skills Strong organization, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
