This role is ideal for individuals with a background in construction, roofing, gutters, remodeling, home improvement, or contractor services who enjoy working with customers and keeping projects on track. You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners and customers throughout the project lifecycle, helping coordinate communication, document project details, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, installers, and internal team members. Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding scheduling, project updates, service requests, and customer inquiries. Accurately document customer interactions, job details, and project notes in company systems. Coordinate and support day-to-day project communication between customers and field teams. Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and job records. Send emails, scan and organize project documents, and assist with customer and contractor web portals. Help resolve customer concerns and ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction, roofing, gutters, siding, home improvement, restoration, or a related trade preferred. 1-2 years of customer service, project coordination, administrative, or construction support experience. Comfortable communicating with customers, contractors, and field personnel. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced construction and service environment.
Hourly Rate:
$16.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00
