We are looking for a high-level Customer Service and Dispatcher who doesn't just "book calls," but understands the terminology and definitions of the trade. The Role This isn't an entry-level position. Your goal is to maximize our technicians' efficiency while providing the best service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Years of Industry Experience:

You must have an advanced level understanding of Plumbing, Heating, and cooling service requests.

Expert Troubleshooting:

Use your 5+ years of industry knowledge to vet incoming calls, estimate timeframes accurately, and provide initial guidance to customers.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency with industry dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Service Fusion or similar) is a must.

Strategic Dispatching:

Manage the daily schedules and ensure the right tech is sent to the right job based on skill set and location.

Logistics Management:

Adjust schedules on the fly as emergencies arise, keeping technicians informed and customers updated on ETAs.

Workflow Optimization:

Maintain our dispatch software (CRM) with precision, ensuring all permits, notes, parts orders, and follow-ups are documented. Why Join
