This associate will be responsible for various clerical tasks and required to possess strong computer skills. Coordinators will be expected to collaborate between administrators and the warehouse team to maintain operations. This is a long-term opportunity with potential to become permanent. Interested applicants MUST have an intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy, especially working knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint .Job Title:

7:00-3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Must be flexible)Salary:
$19.41hr / $40,372.80 per yearResponsibilities:
Advanced to intermediate computer literacy is required Professional and friendly attitude Assist in reports preparation and documentation. Maintain records, such as invoices and expense data Collaborate between administrators and warehouse team Provide customer assistance to internal and external customers, suppliers, or employees Answers phones and respond to email correspondence accordingly Maintain up to date appointments and calendars Assist with project coordination Manage office supply inventory and implement orders as needed Acknowledge Company Privacy policy and adhere to guidelines while handling various information Additional tasks required to maintain operationsQualifications :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Meticulous Attention to Detail Trouble-shooting and problem solving various tasks Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Previous experience in an office or customer service role is a plus Apply in person at our Cherry Hill Office between Mon.-Thurs. 8am-3pm & Fri. 8am-2pm.
