Position Overview:

This position requires a professional person with a great attitude and prioritization skills who is willing to engage with other staff members and clients. As the dispatch service coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a well-balanced schedule, optimizing opportunities, coaching the Customer Service Representatives, and working closely with the Service Manager to reach company goals.

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Working together as a team with service manager, customer service representatives, and office manager
• Schedule replacement parts with customers as soon as they arrive
• Lead customer service representatives to stay aligned with company goals
• Convert unsold estimates to sold jobs
• Support training and coaching dispatchers and coordinators on best practices and procedures
• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on location, skillset, and job priority
• Optimize daily schedule to maximize revenue efficiency and on time performance
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
• Convert incoming service calls into revenue opportunities by identifying needs and scheduling appropriately
• Track and manage key performance metrics such as call conversion, average ticket, and technician efficiency

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working within and facilitating high performance team environment
• Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong sense of urgency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to interact with senior managers at all levels
• Knowledge of Service Titan and Microsoft office How to
