This role does not require highly technical skills but does require strong organizational ability, accuracy, and responsibility. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Manage billing and invoicing using QuickBooks Coordinate shipments and communicate with internal shipping staff Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Input Purchase Orders (P/O) to manufacturers Manage and verify part numbers with high accuracy Maintain organized records using Excel and internal systems Qualifications Fluent in English (required) Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred Experience with QuickBooks and Excel Customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail (especially for part numbers and orders) Organized, responsible, and reliable work ethic Education Not required (relevant experience preferred) Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Stable, full-time position Friendly and supportive work environment How to Apply Please send your resume to the email below:
