While the company is well established as a leader in the region, we are growing and looking for a new CSR / Dispatcher / Admin who has the right skillset and attitude to become the newest member of our team.
Job Duties:
Work closely w/ GM, division managers, and field technicians on daily admin issues. Act as front-line company representative for all incoming calls. Coordinate and schedule jobs for technicians across HVAC and fireplace divisions using the Field Edge CRM system. Perform limited AP and AR responsibilities, including bill payment, receivables management, and incoming payment processing. Communicate occasionally with suppliers and vendors. Communicate frequently w/ division managers and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor fleet activities via GPS, to ensure that technicians are practicing safe driving and on schedule for appointments. Practice excellent customer service skills to maintain our industry-leading online presence. This position requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements Qualifications:
Previous CRM and/or dispatching experience is required. Previous experience in a service company (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) highly preferred but will train the right candidate. Proficient or familiarity w/ Field Edge CRM platform is preferred. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes helpful but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons. Ability to interact with employees, customers, suppliers, and vendors. Ability to multi-task a must. •Some Saturdays, 10 am to 3 pm, are required during peak seasons. •OT available, especially during peak seasons.
