The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing small service projects, including emergency repairs, leak investigations, maintenance work, and other small-scale scopes. This role will manage the service team, ensure a strong client experience, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Client Service Lead and support the service team while maintaining a positive, customer-focused culture. Build strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness. Ensure client concerns and service needs are handled quickly and professionally. Operations Manage daily service operations, including emergency repairs, leak investigations, and small projects. Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and job progress. Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company standards. Financial & Administrative Monitor job costing, budgets, and profitability. Support accurate invoicing, billing, and collections. Review service performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

5+ years of construction, roofing, building services, or related experience. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple service projects at the same time. Strong focus on safety, quality, and problem-solving.
