We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This position is responsible for coordinating shipments, communicating with clients and warehouse staff, creating shipping paperwork, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time using the D365 system. Responsibilities Print and process customer orders Communicate with warehouse pickers and clients Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping paperwork in D365 Update IOF and third-party tracking sheets Build daily truck run templates Ensure orders are completed and shipped on time Assist with day-to-day problem solving with management and within D365 Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with shipping/logistics preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
