Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our customer service operations through data analysis, reporting, and documentation management, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Customer Service and organizational needs. Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and present findings clearly to stakeholders. Maintain and update relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Track and maintain daily metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Support various administrative functions related to customer support operations, including data management and reporting.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with ERP systems and managing order information. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and reacting quickly to changing business needs.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data visualization tools. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
