Our front desk team is the heart of our client experience. From welcoming guests and building relationships to supporting our talented stylists and helping clients discover their next favorite service or product, you'll play an important role in keeping our salon thriving. Build relationships:

Get to know our clients, anticipate their needs, and make every visit memorable.

Keep clients coming back:

Encourage prebooking and help guests maintain their beauty routines.

Support our stylists:

Keep schedules organized, help fill openings, coordinate appointments, and assist with the daily flow of the salon.

Recommend with confidence:

Introduce clients to services, treatments, and professional haircare products that complement their needs.

Stay connected:

Manage calls, messages, appointments, check-ins, and check-outs while delivering exceptional customer service.

We're happy to train the right person with the right attitude! Schedule & Availability This is a part-time position , with a focus on evening and rotating weekend coverage. Evening availability during the week is required. Weekend availability, including rotating Sundays, is required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
