Job description We are looking for a super star to join our team as Permit Coordinator! We are a small family-owned company with a laid back atmosphere and we provide an environment where employees truly feel appreciated and valued.
Primary Job Function:
As Permit Coordinator, you will be responsible for applying for permits and working with the town to ensure they have what they need before any work is done. This position will also be a back up for our Customer Service team. We are looking for a team player, a positive attitude and someone willing to always go above and beyond. Someone who is very detail oriented and extremely organized. We'd like someone with at least 2 years' experience working in an office environment and ideally working with the town/building department and with some customer service experience, but willing to train someone who is driven, eager to learn and excited to grow with us.Responsibilities include:
Submitting permit applications to the town Scanning permits to the customer account on Service Titan Following up on requests with the town/customers Light Customer Service, answering phones and assisting customers with questions Scheduling appointments for customersSkills:
Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task Excellent communication Time management skills Team player Exceptional work ethic This position is located in Wayne, NJ on Hamburg Turnpike and salary will depend on your experience. We are willing to train someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company. This position is Monday through Friday and hours will be discussed during interview process. Rotating Saturdays are possible. We offer a nice benefits package including 401K and company match.Job Type:
