full-time Role overview We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Junior CSM to join our US team and help our clients get the most out of the platform. You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them achieve their goals with AI visibility - getting them onboarded quickly, keeping a close eye on account health, and understanding the data behind each account well enough to guide clients toward real results and identify growth opportunities along the way. What you'll do Monitor client health, drive adoption, and proactively flag risks and opportunities Dig into each client's dashboard and reporting to understand what the data is actually saying about their success, and translate that into a clear narrative for the client and internally Run QBRs and check-in calls with key stakeholders, using data to tell a concrete story of value delivered Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the product team Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within your accounts; collaborate with Sales on renewals and expansions, and own your accounts' contribution to revenue growth, not just retention What we're looking for 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role (SaaS preferred) Comfort working with data: you can read a dashboard, spot a trend, and turn it into a recommendation, not just a status update Strong communicator: confident on calls, clear in writing Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously Curiosity about AI, emerging tech, and how brands show up in the age of AI agents A revenue mindset: you see upsell and expansion as part of your job, not something that belongs solely to Sales Based in or able to work New York hours Nice to have Experience at an early-stage startup Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Intercom Salary range $100-140K
